Our Work

Delivered summer of 2021 this project consisted of Stormwater Management, a complete Bioretention Pond excavation and special filtering media as well as 60 linear feet of custom trench drain all for the new Dog Park and Arts Plaza!

It was our great honor to be included in yet another Rocketship Public Charter School construction project! Delivered in two separate phases of construction during COVID-19, our scope included a complete interior plumbing package as well as strategically placed roof drainage for an architectural marvel in the front of the building!

Delivered in time for the 2019-20 School year, The CUA Flather Hall Modernization consisted of 4 floors of new dormitory bathrooms including water closets, showers, sinks, and eco-friendly drinking fountains with bottle filler stations. The accelerated timeline allowed for only 9 weeks from demolition to turnover and included close to 100 new fixtures.

Delivered Spring 2020, The CW Harris Public Charter School Project included over 2,000 linear feet of Stormwater Management Piping, two Bioretention Ponds, two ADS Stormtech Inflitration Trenches totaling over 1,500 square feet, Numerous Drain Inlets and Manholes, as well as new Domestic Water and Fire Sprinkler Services with Meter Vault, 

 Delivered October 2018, The Ward 7 STFH program includes thirty-five (35) family units, computer labs for the residents, administrative space for staff and providers, outdoor playground and recreational space, age-appropriate indoor recreation space, homework/study lounge for residents and other amenities. We provided the Interior and underground plumbing for over 25 full bathrooms with designated ADA roll-in showers, a full warming kitchen, and combination roof-drain overflow systems. 

Delivered Summer 2018 within an expedited 3 week timeline, we provided the underground site utilities for over 40 modular classrooms. Our scope included underground storm, sanitary, and domestic water lines as well as a new 3" backflow preventer on the incoming service as well as miscellaneous repairs inside the modular units.

Delivered Summer 2018 within 3 weeks, we provided the storm management for the renovation of the New West End Elementary School in Alexandria Virginia. We provided Underground piping for two Bioretention Ponds, Drain Inlets, and a Modular Wetland Structure Catch Basin which takes excess rain water and re-uses it to provide for a planting bed and conserves the amount of water distributed into the public system.

 Breaking ground Spring 2017 for delivery November 2017, Rocketship 2 Public Charter School is a K-6 School located in the 6th Ward of Washington DC. Our scope includes a complete interior plumbing package. 

Delivered Fall of 2016, The DHS South Capitol St Center involved Base Building Plumbing, Tenanat Fit-Out Plumbing, Exterior StormWater Management, and Underground Site Utilities.

Delivered Summer 2016, The Community Action Group is a community center located in the 6th Ward of Washington, DC. We provided a complete interior plumbing package including a full-sized commercial kitchen. We also provided a complete StormWater System with a 16' Storm Separator and 48" Storage Tank along with underground site utilities and over 100' of public water main replacement.

Delivered Summer 2016, Rocketship Public Charter School is a K-6 School located in the 7th Ward of Washington, DC. We provided a complete StormWater Management System consisting of over 300'+ of HDPE Pipe and 20+ Concrete and Nyloplast Structures including Doghouse Manholes and Catch Basins, in addition to a new Domestic and Fire Sprinkler Service and Public Fire Hydrant.

Delivered December 2014, We provided Interior Plumbing and Exterior Site Utilities for the renovation of this beautiful historic building located in Capital Hill for the UGA Semester in DC Program. In addition, we also provided over 200' of public water main replacement.

Delivered Winter 2007, The Lofts at Brightwood Project was a Ground-Up new construction of 32+ Condo Units. We provided the entire Plumbing and Site Utility Package.
